Back Track - Gathering + Potluck

A couple of Sundays ago, I attended a gathering + potluck with some new found net frenz. That was the first time we ever met. Potluck!! Duh .. wat am I to bring? I am not a good cook, neither can I bake well. Stressed but all excited, I managed to whip up some quick n easy stuff.

I ran thru my mum's recipe jotter book and found a Corn Pudding recipe where you jus need to put all the ingredients together over a medium fire till it thickens. Walla ..

I also tried my hands at baking Durian Cupcakes. Got the recipe from Malaysian Cakes and Desserts by Rohani Jelani. Here's the outcome.

Hmm .. Potato Salad, a super duper easy recipe .. will taste better with bacon or perhaps Bacos (fake bacon bits made of soy) my fave .. yum yum ..

I also made some Tuna Sandwich but didnt manage to snap a pic of it.

Anyways, I think I deserve a pat on my back coz though stressed up abt the meet, I managed to whip up some stuff and am proud of it. Phew!
